Installation & fit-out
New circuits, distribution boards, containment, power and lighting for shop fit-outs, office refurbishments, care-home refurbishments and new-build work alongside main contractors.

Inspection, testing & remedials
Periodic inspection and testing of commercial installations, written up so a facilities manager can act on it — defects coded, remedials quoted separately, retests scheduled before the certificate lapses.

Planned maintenance
Maintenance arrangements for managing agents, landlords and multi-site operators. One number to ring, scheduled visits, and a record of what was done where.

Reactive call-out
The 24-hour emergency line covers commercial premises too. If the shop can’t open at nine because the board is off, that is exactly the call it exists for.

High-level & access work
IPAF-qualified electricians with our own certified access equipment reaching up to 12 metres — sports halls, swimming pools, gyms, warehouses and atriums, without waiting on a hired platform.

Fire alarms, CCTV & door entry
Detection, CCTV and door entry for commercial premises and communal blocks, installed, tested and handed over with the staff who use it actually shown how.

Most electrical contractors hire a platform in when a job goes above ladder height, which means your sports hall or pool lighting waits on somebody else's delivery slot.
Our electricians are IPAF-qualified and we run our own certified access equipment reaching up to 12 metres. High-level lighting, containment and remedial work in gyms, swimming pools, sports halls and warehouses gets booked when it suits you, not when the hire company can drop off.
